CG Made Easy imports data from your electronic gaming provider each day. This activity is used to automatically build the eGaming activity on both your Electronic Pulltabs and eLinked Bingo revenue lines on the monthly Schedule A’s and G1.
We also import additional information such as the actual cash received detail and prize awarded detail in order to calculate the expected deposit values. This allows the system to auto-calculate any longs and shorts necessary to report by comparing your actual eGaming deposits to the expected eGaming deposits.
Finally, since we capture this imported detail, we can offer a simple process for you when documenting your expenses to your eLinked bingo providers in order to ensure your expenses are coded to the correct categories between your Linked Bingo Prize Contribution and Provider Fee.
NOTE: eGaming activity is reported, managed and calculated based on all dates in a calendar month. In other words, all dates within a calendar month are considered an eGaming “Session”. This could be compared to a bingo session or paddle ticket session, but the difference is that instead of the session being on a specific date, the “session” spans the entire month. Within that month, you may have several deposits that are applied against that same “session”.
