Premise Rent Calculation

CG Made Easy provides a Rent Calculation Report (under REPORTS -> MONTHLY WORKSHEETS -> RENT CALCULATION) which is a combination of data reported on your tax return and the lease details stored under the premise defaults.  

  • To manage your premise rent percentages, first go to UTILITIES -> ORGANIZATION DEFAULTS.  You will be defaulted to the Premises tab.

  • Selecting a premise will populate the lower part of the screen with the existing premise details. On the right, the following rent fields are displayed:

    • Rent % (Bar Op)

    • Rent % (Booth Op)

    • Booth Cap

      • There is typically a cap on rent for a booth operation.  Entering the cap negotiated in your lease will apply it to the rent report.

    • Rent % Electronics (Bar Op)  

      • This field only appears if the checkbox is selected confirming that your eGaming activity is administered by the bar.

Since Booth Operations has the same % for both electronics and non-electronic gaming, there is only one field to manage for Booth Operations.  For Bar Operations, 2 unique fields can be managed since the % for electronics can be different from everything else.
