When you use the profit from a positive game to reimburse a negative game, that transaction happens in the GAMING DEPOSIT SCREEN.
The ACTUAL amount deposited goes in the top left corner of the deposit screen. The date of the deposit and initials of the person depositing at the bank.
Then EACH game's amount will be entered in the APPLIED box next to the serial number. The positive game will show the full amount of cash in hand, as will the negative.
Using the profit from a positive game to reimburse a negative game eliminates the need to write a check for the negative game reimbursement.
