If the name of a premise has changed, then the update needs to be made in two places within CG Made Easy.
Once you receive the updated premise permit with the name change from the GCB, please send that to us and we will make the official update in the application for you.
CG Made Easy offers the option for your reports to use a "shorter" nickname, if helpful, than the one from the premise permit. Many of the legal names on the premise permit are very long and when used, make the information on reports run over or not show properly. You can control the premise name used on reports by going to Utilities->Organization Defaults and selecting the desired Premise. The field on the bottom left will allow you to update the nickname used on the reports.
